Structural Panel Install Commences at Sandy Park Hotel

This week saw the commencement of the installation of the structural panels on site at The Sandy Park Hotel, Exeter. Trade Contractor Sigmat is utilising a pair of tower cranes to serve both wings of the hotel when installing their panels over the coming weeks.

This 250 bed hotel scheme is being delivered using the Construction Management model thus allowing our client to benefit from the close collaboration of both their, and our, management teams and their specialist trade contractors for each element of the work. Bringing together these specialist skill sets within an environment of minimal hierarchy directly benefits our client who retain an active role and strategic control throughout.
